Thai embassy Open House

This was the first thing that I found interesting. They sold this thing called durian chips. I've heard potato chips, I've heard of cassava chips, tasted them even. But durian? That's a first.

This was the stall selling some sort of garlic bread that's uncharacteristically sweet. It's a sweet and salty garlic bread.

See that guy on the left side? The one cooking? He's supposed to be the focus of this picture. But oh well, I couldn't tell the rest of the people to shoo.

Some Thai cuisine with exotic name

I notice though that Thai food can be pretty similar to Indonesian food. There's this particular stall selling cakes that looks suspiciously like Bengawan Solo. I needed to practically dragged my mother out of there before she kept buying stuffs.

More weird food. We didn't try this one.

I thought I'll include my drawings as well. This was done in Pangandaran.

My drawing of the rock fish. Beside it is this fish who has its eyes on one side of its body. Very interesting.

My (artist?) impression of Pangandaran - at least the part outside my room...

This is what boredom drives me to do
It's not about photography, really. It's all about being idle.
Boredom kills me.

I read this somewhere: The more we study the more we know. The more we know, the more we forget. The more we forget, the less we know. So why study?
I know. I know. It's a warped view presented by someone desperate to find an excuse. I just thought it interesting.
